Visiting Information

To locate Tenacre’s entrance and the Security Office, follow

these signs posted along the roads bordering our campus:
 

The Security Host’s office is located in the newly renovated Service Building. Signs

will direct you to park and follow the path to sign in with the Security Host.

 

Upon Arrival
When you arrive, a Security Host will provide you with a Visitor’s lanyard. He or she will also alert you to the most convenient parking and the best route to take to your destination. The individual or department you are visiting will be made aware of your arrival.

Please Note: Arrivals after 5 pm should be pre-arranged with the department or individual you are visiting.

Main Office
The Main Office is open Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to take care of any financial transactions related to your visit, such as the purchase of meal tickets, or paying for Tenacre Visitor Accommodations.
